We are talking about how you can earn more in your business, it is a question I get asked a lot. Whenever I do one to one coaching with my clients, they want to know how they can earn more money. And so I'm going to run you through five ways that you can increase the income in your business. And hopefully you'll find them useful. So we're going to talk today about some of the ways that you can earn more in your coaching business.
Now the first thing I often do, because this is what I see a lot and let me know in the chat, if this sounds like you, but a lot of the coaches and of course caterers that I am meeting and working with are undervaluing their services and under valuing their pricing.
1. So the first thing is we look at pricing, making sure your pricing is where it needs to be and that you haven't underpriced yourself that you aren't over delivering and under selling yourself. So pricing is a great way to increase the income in your business by simply moving it up a notch or two. And we don't have to get crazy with this. But you know, I meet coaches who are working all week, and they have clients but because they are under priced by the time it gets to the end of the week, and they cover their overheads they are not making anywhere near enough of a decent salary. So pricing is something that would help you to increase the income in your business in a really quick and simple way. And this is something that we can help you with at the temple as well.
2. A second way that you can increase your income or earn more in your coaching business is by creating a niche for yourself. So a lot of coaches are in similar industries. And sometimes it feels like there's a lot of coaches doing what you do. If you can find a way to niche within your niche to be more a specific choice for people, then this is going to increase the amount of people that are going to book with you. Because if you can be a little bit different in a niche that will help you to stand out and will help people to make a decision about coming to work with you. So creating a niche for yourself to help yourself stand out is another way that you can earn more in your coaching business.
3. And then the third way is to create bundles, right? So if you are currently selling something, you can bundle it with another thing and create a super pumped up amped up product that you can sell for a bit more. So an example of this might be that if you have, let's say a low ticket course, or a short workshop or something that you're selling, that might be you know, under the 50 pound range, perhaps you bundle it with some one to one coaching, and you sell it for 150 pounds, right? So bundling some of your offers together is a great way to do this. Or if you have you know two or three workshops or courses that you've done, bundling them together and raising the price on those because people are getting three for one right? Then this is another way to earn more in your coaching business. So look at the the assets and the tools that you already have in your business and look at how you can use those to earn more money in your business.
4. The fourth way is to create a digital extension for your business. So what I mean by this is sometimes the coaches that I work with the traditional coaches in that they offer one to one coaching offline. So in face to face, they will go into other people's businesses or they have people come to them for their coaching, or their therapy sessions, for example. And what you would could do to earn more money is to create yourself a digital extension or a digital footprint. So this is an extension to your business so that you can sell ebooks, you can sell books on digital platforms like Amazon, for example, you could create a podcast, a private podcast that people pay to access, you could create a course or you could create a mastermind. So you take what you're doing offline and you bring it online and you create yourself a digital ecosystem that can generate and bring in additional money into your coaching business. Having a digital ecosystem and having recurring or semi passive income coming into your business is a great way for you to be earning less money, whilst you earning more money whilst you are working less, put my teeth and get the words the right way around.
5. And then the final way that you can earn money in your coaching business is something that I see coaches not doing enough, it's networking, right? Networking offline. And online. This is super, super important when it comes to growing your business and earning more money in your business. By networking, what you are doing is you're building those relationships and connections with people in your world. And what happens is those people can then refer work to you, I would say at nearly 90% of my business has grown through referrals from people knowing me what I do and referring people they know, clients that they're working with, who they can't serve to me. And so networking and building those connections is super, super powerful in terms of reach in terms of generating that extra income in your business. It's not to be sniffed at and it's not something that you should think our hobby bothered to do that it for me it is a fundamental part of your business and part of your marketing process is to factor in network networking, because networking will fuel and feed your business, even whilst you're sleeping. Because people will talk about you. You know, when people start or there is a specific problem they know that you solve, people will send other people into your business. So making sure that you are networking sounds like a bit of a stretch, doesn't it but networking is an access tool for you to earn more money in your business.
