I am Remi, from the online business temple. And the online business Temple was created to help coaches and cause creators to double their income whilst working less in their business. So we do this by teaching automations, systems and processes. And we also do marketing and sales so that you can double your income.

So one of the questions that I get asked the most by clients, and what I tend to be coaching on the most right now in my business, is helping small business owners who want to grow a team.

And they don't know how to do that.

So we are this week, I'm going to be coming live every day, Monday to Friday, we have a little mini series for you... a little mini series, all around how you can grow a team.

If you have no idea even had to start to do that, who you need to trust, the employment laws, all of that good stuff.
This is what we teach you in the temple.

But this week, I'm going to be running a little mini series of lives Monday to Friday, to help you with this.

So what are we going to be covering?

1. We're going to be covering how you get a bit more organized in your business. So that'll be a live on its own.
Looking at your business vision, your messaging, and then trying to find people who you know, have those same values and want to be a part of your mission and your vision.

2. And then we're going to be looking on another live around creating SOPs, SOPs, or standard operating procedures, if you've never heard of those, as a small business owner, you should have heard of those. How do you create them? like what goes in them? And so we're going to be looking at that on a separate live.

3. And then we are going to be looking at outsourcing and hiring in and or in house hiring. So they say building a team in house or outsourcing, what's going to be the right fit for you?
So we're going to cover that on another live.

4. And also we're going to be looking at your responsibilities as an employer, and when you're hiring somebody, and the legal implications of that.

So these are some of the topics that we're going to be covering throughout the week.

And in my business i'm trying to impact as many lives as I can help people to make more money and help people to not be sat at their desk so much.

There are so many business owners who I currently work with who spend 40/50 hours a week at their desk, and they started their business because they wanted it to be something that gives them freedom. And instead they are sort of shackled to their business.

And hiring a team or outsourcing work is one of the ways that you can actively reduce the amount of time you spend working in your business. ~

But there has to be systems and processes and there needs to be some form of organization in place first, in order for you to get that freedom in order for you to reduce your working time at your desk.
