Here in the UK, we are about to go into our summer holiday period or summer vacation period. And if you are a parent who runs a business, then this is like the time where things become a bit stressful, because you want to spend time with your family. But you also know you need to keep your business afloat, because you need to make money as well. So this is where we hear from people the most this time of the year or leading up to this time of the year, because they want to figure out how do we work less and earn more money, without stuffing everything up, you know, being away from your business too much and not serving your people, or being away from your family too much and not spending enough time with your family. And so the work less and more methodology really kicks into place. And that's what we teach at the temple. So that's what we're gonna be talking about today is some of the ways that you can work less than your business. So you're gonna want to stay tuned for this one.

My name is Remi, I am the creator and the founder of the online business Temple, which is a portal for coaches and course creators who are looking to earn more and work less in their business. And we do this by teaching systems, automations processes, and outsourcing building a team marketing and sales.

So let's talk about working less. So what are some of the ways that you can work less, right?
There are different ways for different people.
But for example, I know that there are a lot of coaches and course creators who would love to take the summer off, right, they would love to take the summer off and shut down their business. But they don't know how to do that AND still bring money in. Okay, that's what we teach in the Temple.

So I'm just talking about the different ways that you can work less than your business. And it will be different for different people, you might want to take the whole summer off, take you know, four to six weeks off, you know, shut down your business, when I say shut down, shut it down so that there's money coming in, but you're not working so that you can spend that time with your family or your loved ones. And you may not know how to do that, that is something that we help you set up inside of the temporal. For other people working less might look like you take every Friday and every Monday off so that you only work Tuesday to Wednesday each week. And then you essentially get yourself a five day weekend. And that might be enough to satisfy your needs and your desires to help you live the life that you want. Perhaps you'd like to go camping at the weekends, and you'd like to disappear for weekends and not have to worry about starting work on a Monday morning. Again, this is something that is attainable, and that you can be creative. If that is a business model that would work for you.

Another way that you could work less than your business is that you can structure your business so that you only work between the hours of nine to 12. And then you have you know, 12 to three off before you go and collect your family. Or if you don't have a family, you then have the afternoon for yourself to do luxury things, or to participate in hobbies that you really love, but you just don't have time to do. For example, one of my clients is a painter. And just as he has no time to paint, you know, does another job to bring in income, but the heart and the passion wants to pay but there is no time to pay, because they're so busy doing all the other things and running their family life. So there is a way and we help you with this at the temple by creating systems by implementing and setting up automated processes. And by helping you to build out to an effective team. And so when I say team, people get scared by this people feel like this means that you have to have a big team. Actually, you can have a team of one or two people that could streamline and help you run your business without you being in it. And this is what we teach you how to do how to set that up how to outsource the right way, and how to lead a team effectively because I know a lot of small business owners would love to employ someone else but they don't actually know the right way to lead and build a team. So this is all of the good stuff that we are teaching inside the Temple. It is about earning more money. So we give you the different ways that you can earn more money. It is around working less we give you the structures, the formulas and the frameworks that you can work less in your business. And we show you how to build a team.
