Today we are talking about why automation is so important. And why I am such a massive fan girl of AUTOMATION, I believe it saves you time, creates your money, reduces stress and overwhelm. And it's why I am so passionate about helping small business owners to automate their business in different ways that are really impactful and just just makes their life easier.

My name is Remi, I'm the creator of the online business Temple, which is a portal for coaches and course creators who are looking to double their income and get their first 10k months, whilst working less in their business. This is what I help coaches and cause caterers to do at the portal, myself and my team. This is what we specialize in is systems automation, at marketing and sales. So today, I want to talk about automation. And I love automation. I love the potential of automation. And for me, somebody who lives with a chronic illness,I have to really be mindful about the amount of time that I work each day because I suffer from chronic exhaustion.

Automating parts of my business has been a game changer.

Now you don't have to have a chronic illness in order to implement implement automation.
Actually, if you are a busy business owner, if you are blocking out days at a time to do admin, and to do invoicing and chasing payments, then automation is something that can make a massive difference to your life. Also, automation allows you to have things that you do regularly in your business done on autopilot for you. Essentially, you are getting your business to work for you rather than you working for your business. And I like that setup.

Personally, I like that I know when I go to bed, my business is working for me. I know that if people want to buy any of my tools that I sell, and in my courses are my programs that can be done automatically, without me manually having to deal with that. If somebody wanted to book an hour of my time to do one to one coaching with me that can all be automated. And the only part I need to do is look at my calendar and see what I've got on today and turn up for that session. I don't need to get on sales calls, I don't need to manually invoice people, I don't need to take payment, I don't need to send out receipts, I don't need to do any of that, because that is automated. For me, all I do is show up for a few hours a week, when my calendar tells me like that is literally it. This is the beauty of automation.

And even with my courses and my programs that I sell, my onboarding process is automated. So I don't have to manually do that. My onboarding process is all automated. So I don't even have to follow up with people. It's all automated that happens, how I get testimonials and reviews are all integrated into an automated system. And this allows me to work a lot less in my business than I used to. We're talking about going from perhaps working 40-45 hours a week in my business down to working around 15 hours a week at a push, it's more like between 10 to 15 hours a week. And that is perfect for my lifestyle, particularly somebody with an illness. So I do need to work a lot less. But have a business that still generates me more than enough money off the back of working 10 to 15 hours a week.
